SOFIA, Sept. 9 (Xinhua) -- Tsveta∏<®÷n Simeonov, president of the Bulα≥♥garian Chamber of Commerce and ≠ '₹Industry (BCCI), said he¶★≥₽re on Friday that he was optimistic ☆♦about the development of thγ™e country's economy.
The situation was not an e★<>•asy one with the migrant crisis and>¶↑ the turbulence in neighboring cσε€ountries, but the Bu↓®¶lgarian business had coped ≈ •→with those, Simeonov €∏ said at a press conference.
For him, the most important thing was≠ that macroeconomic stability in®♥£↔ Bulgaria had been maintained, and taε¶xes had not been increased.
"I can say that companies which •→are facing difficult♥®₩ies in their own countries, I mean T∞επλurkey and Greece, intend to increase t>∞heir investments in Bulgaria," SimeonovΩπ☆ said.
Referring to recent ♥"data from the National Statistic₽×₽§al Institute, he recalled that in the sβ∑econd quarter of 2016, the coun©©₩λtry's gross domestic product•∏δ grew by 3.0 percent year-on-ye ar.
